10. How "good" are you to your employees?
a.) You must keep accurate daily records of hours worked and pay the total weekly time to the nearest 15 minutes.
b.) Do not let anyone take any time off without checking out.
c.) You must mark your time records with an "H" for holidays, "V" for vacations; and "S" for time off for personal illness.
d.) DO NOT pay your employees for hours not worked (except for time off for sickness in the family, attendance at funerals, to serve on jury, or when weather prevents appearance at work--when in keeping with your personnel policies.)
e.) Pay exactly by the time records. If an employee takes off some time today, he can make it up in the same workweek.Printer-Friendly Version
