24. Wage & Hour Penalties for Violations?

a.) For each violation of the child labor provisions or any regulation issued thereunder, employers may be subject to a civil penalty of up to $1,000.

b.) In the case of willful violation, the Act provides for a fine up to $10,000, or for a second offense committed after the conviction for a similar offense, for a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or both.
